2. USERS
Access to and/or use of this Transped portal confers the status of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use set out herein. These Conditions shall apply regardless of any General Contracting Conditions that may be mandatory.
3. USE OF THE WEBSITE
Transped’s website provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, the “contents”) on the Internet belonging to Transped or its licensors to which the USER may have access.
The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration that may be required to access certain services or contents. In such registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information.
The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services that Transped offers through its portal and, by way of example but not limitation, not to use them to:

Engage in unlawful, illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order.

Disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, in support of terrorism or that violates human rights.

Cause damage to Transped’s physical and logical systems, those of its suppliers or those of third parties; introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damage.

Attempt to access and, where appropriate, use other users’ email accounts and modify or manipulate their messages.
Transped reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that infringe respect for human dignity, are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist or pornographic, that endanger youth or childhood, public order or public safety, or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any event, Transped shall not be liable for opinions expressed by users through forums, chats or other participation tools.
4. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
Transped, either itself or as assignee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained therein (by way of example: images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by Transped or its licensors.

Pursuant to Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, without the authorization of Transped, is expressly prohibited.
The USER undertakes to respect Transped’s intellectual and industrial property rights. The USER may view the elements of the portal and even print, copy and store them on the hard drive of their computer or on any other physical medium provided that this is solely for their personal and private use. The USER must refrain from deleting, altering, circumventing or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on Transped’s pages.
5. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
Transped shall not be liable, in any case, for damages of any nature that may arise, by way of example: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent it.
6. MODIFICATIONS
Transped reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it deems appropriate to its portal, and may change, remove or add both the contents and services provided through it, as well as the way in which these are presented or located on its portal.
7. RIGHT OF EXCLUSION
Transped reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own request or that of a third party, to those users who breach these General Conditions of Use.
8. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Transped shall pursue any breach of these conditions as well as any improper use of its portal by exercising all civil and criminal actions to which it may be entitled by law.
9. AMENDMENT OF THESE CONDITIONS AND DURATION
Transped may amend these conditions at any time, and they will be duly published as they appear here.
The validity of these conditions shall depend on their publication and they shall remain in force until they are amended by other duly published conditions.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between Transped and the USER shall be governed by Spanish law in force and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia.
