Not all products are stored and distributed in the same way. Depending on the nature of the goods and the logistics strategy, we use different storage flow methods.

Here are the most important ones:

FIFO

First In, First Out

The supermarket classic. This method ensures what comes in first goes out first. It is ideal for perishable products like food or medicine.

LIFO

Last In, First Out

For non-perishables. Here, the last thing in is the first out. It is mostly used for products without expiration date or when purchase prices fluctuate often.

FEFO

First Expired, First Out

Expiration date rules. Similar to FIFO, but here expiration is the priority. Products expiring sooner must go out first.

JIT

Just In Time

Only what you need, exactly when you need it. This system minimizes inventory and avoids overstocking.
